This is a question regarding the paperwork we are filling out for our sponsorship/PR. I understand my husband needs to be qualified to sponsor me, what does this entail? I know it says no where a minimum income requirement, but he works a PT seasonal job, which pays above minimum wage, and I am having doubts he will be accepted to sponsor.
Does it matter if I am currently in school, and I also work part -time?
also on the application it says if there is anything else they want us to share about our relationship, I am wondering what people put here.

thanks

It shouldn't be a problem, there is no minimum income for sponsor, if some1 takes welfare then the person doesn't qualify otherwise should be fine

You guys need to show that you can support yourselves in Canada without welfare. You can show any combination of his income, your income, savings/investments, family assistance etc.
