Thats good that you reported & also give CIC a call so they can check if you have any updates or not, call them early morning, after 10am they still pick up but its hard to get them

Ecas will say "in process" soon & within couple of days you will receive AOR2

Send it through webform because they send you a confirmation that your request has been submitted & also you can mail them. Their online system is still not working properly so don't wait, send it through webform

So on June 09 my wife's file said "in process" & on June 20 she got AOR2. You will get it soon as wel :)

Medical req is kind of random like for some people its coming with SA & for some its coming at the last moment so hard to tell. Don't worry about it, they will request soon

I sent Sch A & PCC both though they didn't ask for PCC but pretty sure they would later thats why sent it. Webform has crazy backlog so it will take 3-4 weeks to get your file & update it. I would suggest to mail it too if possible. We sent on May 18 through webform & May 26 through mail & it...

Our gckey wast working so we sent through mail & webform. Not sure how long it will take through gckey but it should be way much faster, give some time & you will get an update. Webform is glitchy but gckey is much better so yours should be fine

You don't have to translate your chat history, just provide whatever you have & try to show history with dates like viber, whasapp etc shows when it was sent etc. I didn't translate my chat history & they accepted it

What this letter means? Looks like file has been transferred to Singapore visa office. Is it AOR2?

Pretty sure you will need request from them, I did ask them same question & 3-4 reps told better to wait until I receive further instructions
