So my wife got Interview letter in July & was told everything will be on hold until the interview is done. For Singapore office they don’t request medical etc until interview is done. I checked her gckey in July & it said “no interview needed” though she got hard copy. I thought it was a glitch...

What I heard from some people, they didnt get any update for almost 4 months after AOR2 & then they got medical & PPR within 2 weeks. I would suggest order a gcms note & also contact your visa office if they can provide some updates

For medical you need to wait, police cert you can get it done because they will ask it anyway. Medical they will send you a msg through your gckey & you need to print that paper & take to your panel physician & they will submit your result online :)

Thanks for your reply. For my visa office(Singapore) this is unusual, they actually don't call medical unless everything is fine. If some1 needs an interview then they hold everything until the interview actually happens. Singapore gives medical after AOR2 that's why I am kind if surprised but...

I don't think it will take 24 months, my wife got also interview call but in her letter there is no timeline & we applied this year. You applied last year thats why you fall under old application process. Your wife should get the call within couple of months.

They haven't asked anything yet but interview will happen in Bangladesh not in Singapore that's for sure.

I read it, I am asking because last year before Dec 15,2016 when cic wanted an interview the letter used to mention the timeline like 24months something like that. So I am trying to find out of they still doing it or changed. 24 months was based on old application so new one should be 12months...

Thanks, yes I already asked for gcms notes & just sending pictures are weird. Also my wife got AOR2 on June 20 & got interview letter yeterday. Lets see what happens next :(

My wife got interview letter today through mail & they sent just photos back which is really weird because they don't usually return photographs. Anyone received letter like this? Please advise. Not sure what was lacking because we did provide everything to prove that relationship is genuine...
