may be you can show that you have upcoming exams and you will return to India for those exams. show your educational and professional background and try to prove that how those exams are important for you and your career. You can add more things like family ties or some other reasons you think...

what exams you are preparing for? you may show that as a tie if you still pursuing any educational course..

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp Check on validity.. it shows that if medical validity is expired before you come to Canada, you may have to do it again. Most of the time, VO ask for re-medical when it's about to expire within 2-3 months.
