Hey Guys

Trnsfr to Delhi - Nov 27/2015
Decision Made - April 28/2015

Once again, thank you all. I wish everyone here gets an update soon.
you mean April 28, 2016?
so the next step is asking you to send the passport..

if so then congrats

i havnt received any updates on my application that was submitted Sep 09, 2015 to missisauga office and forwarded to New Delhi Nov 20, 2015.

I just checked application status, and the PR Application Status of my wife is now "Decision Made"! When I click on "Decision Made", it still only shows the 3 lines (application received on ____, started processing on______, and medical results have been received). Is this normal?

Does this mean that they have approved my wife's application? I think so, but I am not a 100% sure!

Also, how much time does it typically take to receive visa after getting "decision made" status?

Thanks very much in advance!!

Hey

Thanks a lot..;) indeed very impressed by CIC VO New Delhi..

Wanted to ask. Say we get visa, less than a month before medical expires (valid for 12 months). But due to circumstances, cannot travel to Canada within that month.
The visa has its own expiry date as well, but later. Is it possible to land in Canada, after medical expires (like a month after it expires), but of course within visa expiry date. Thanks.

Check on validity.. it shows that if medical validity is expired before you come to Canada, you may have to do it again. Most of the time, VO ask for re-medical when it's about to expire within 2-3 months.

But having the visa in hand, will the visa office still ask for re-medical once it has expired? Or will we have to get a re-medical done on our own, before departing India (have that proof in hand of a new medical exam). Thanks
