6 months are too much you should contact call center may be they can tell u the reason. I had a test on 9th Sep in Mississauga and waiting for Oath.

My PR renewal application reach to them 11 June 2015 and 7th Nov 2016 they send my card for production. You can check the timeline of so many applicant in this forum approx 18-24 months but nothing is official.

Not 100% but seems like that or they started to finalize June 2015 files. Tony we suffer too much from CIC they should evaluate themselves why throwing applicants in secondary review.

After 17 months of applying today CIC call center agent told me that my PR card is under production from 7th Nov. God knows how many days they will take more but at least this is a one positive note I heard from CIC.

Further review is Secondary review means trapped and for how long only God knows could be days, months or year or years. Currently unannounced waiting time is 18-24 months.

CIC can bring thousand refugees in months from middle east without any documents or with very few documents but if u have a a work visa valid or expired from middle east they consider u as target and you are in big trouble. We are so many CIC punished us for middle eastern work visa.
