    The latest time of draw in this year is as following: Date and time of round: April 3, 2019 at 17:37:40 UTC Can’t be later than this time, which I think is 2.15 hrs later... considering the delay of posting the details of the draw, I guess if nothing happens in 3.5 hrs then there’s no draw today.

    Yes that’s also what I’ve heard. It’s said that some US companies are also encouraging transfers to Canada because of H1B issues. Some said their companies’ branches in Canada are actively expanding.

    My prediction for Aug 7 draw: 3600 ITA: 459 almost cleared, or 458 (tiebreaker in June) 3900 ITA (not very likely): 458 ————— I truly hope I am wrong and the cut-off score is lower than my prediction. I feel Aug 21 is the closest chance for me.

If you have decided to take the risk then get prepared for whatever the result might be, e.g. not being allowed to change to spouse...
