August 11th, BGIP without PPR. So don’t worry. Some are just taking longer time than usual. Good luck

Oh good. You must have had a nice rep. Mine was not helpful at all. Anyways hoping for the best. I sent a case specific query this afternoon. May be that would help too. Will keep you posted on things. What is your application date?

I called them, they cannot send it. I’m still waiting since Jan 27th too. I sent a case specific enquiry now. Let me know what they say when you speak to them! Good luck :)

I did call them, they said, that they are not obliged to send one before 18 months are complete. Confirmed the email address on file too.

Meeee. DM still no PPR. Weird thing is I can’t access MyCIC profile anymore. Tried different computers, still can’t get past the login screen

You received the email requesting your passport?

Any idea what time are the emails sent from IRCC for any communication?

Try using a pc. I’m having the same issue via my cellphone. PC worked for me
