Received the test invite today finally. Test scheduled for 3rd November.

They told me that my background checks are in progress and that's all I keep hearing for the past 2 months lol.

What does CIC say when you follow up with them?

It only shows that the medicals were received. Doesn't say pass or fail.

I spoke with a CIC agent and he told me that my FP have been received and I've passed the criminal check. He said, they're now doing the security clearance....Do any of you guys know how long this takes?

I have a feeling that the Mississauga office is catching up on the applications since I see quite a bit of progress in the 2017 applications too, people are getting test invites. Hopefully, they will keep the pace up and process our applications fast.
