If you are tech savvy, you could enable developer mode in chrome and disable cache in the network tab. This way, your browser will try to always load the latest pages from the server.

You dont need the number... You should land on a page where you choose which stream to apply after clicking "submit online application" from "apply online" page. You probably are not loading the latest webpages due to your browser's caches. The website was not update correctly that it asked for...

Just registering one-key account doesnt give you the enrollment number and pin, you need to go to www dot services.citizenship.gov.on.ca/register_enu/dynamicform/register/launch/NMAS and start from there.

Do you start the application from this link www dot one-key.gov.on.ca/iaalogin/IAALogin.jsp?REDID=OINP ? I keep getting "service unavailable". And if I just log into one-key account, I dont see any link to start a new application. Can you tell me which link you clicked to start application? Thanks!

My return tracker just got activated at 17:38 on May 20th... The passport was received on May 5th and my case is closed on May 12th. Hope this helps!

You are super lucky! I sent my passport on 30th april and it should arrive on 31st. Instead, canada post made a mistake and the passport didn't arrive in ottawa until May 5th... My case is closed around 12th May but my return tracker is not activated as today 19th May...
