    Do you have AIP? For me it was refusal but you never can tell how the system works now. Just be patient till you get the decision.

    It was a local branch and they were kinda of surprised at the document i showed them like they haven’t even heard/seen such.. lol i will just wait till i have COpr. can’t begin to give myself unnecessary stress right now because of health card when i have insurance i can easily use incase...

    They don’t pay from when they are born. They pay right from when the parents gets a status (COPR)
