    Same status for me , HK Police has sent the CNCC by surface mail on Feb 5. The standard delivery time for surface mail from hk to Canada is 40-70 days .Looks like the HKPCC will be delivered in May . Fingers crossed .

    As HK police has already received your courier, I suggest waiting for at least 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, send them an e-mail everyday (at least for 5-7 days) to know the status of your application.
