It depends on how it’s getting processed at the office. I received my PR card within 20 days including the photo delivery. But in my spouse’s case , the officer said it will take at least 4 months to deliver the card. Note: We sent our photos in one envelope.

In the action required tab ,you need to upload a receipt with the letter explaining CNCC will be directly mailed by HK police to IRCC/consulate. Once the CNCC is received and reviewed by IRCC/consulate, the CIC portal will update automatically.

The process varies from one IRCC office to another IRCC office. PR portal is a relatively new system compared to sending photos directly to IRCC office. In your case date of entry and port is confirmed by PR portal but in my case it’s confirmed by a call from IRCC-Hamilton . To answer your...

The letter you have received in the account messages is your CoPR hence you will not receive any email for online CoPR portal. Send photo to mentioned address so that IRCC can process your PR card.
