    Yes. Question is when. A 3 month process has become a 10-12month process. So we have no clue what timelines they are following now. :(

    Yes provide letter from the company. You can also provide bank statements showing the salary deposits and tax statements as additional proof with LOE

    I think the applications are being processed together. Those applications which are comparatively more complicated maybe dependents, more documents required etc might take some more time to get ADR. I really hope they finish with all applicants by year end.

    Write an LOE. Attach any other supporting documents you have like tax documents, form 16 , bank statements etc
