hi there as long as I know you should choose permanent resident card number and use the number in the top left on the back of you card I think it starts with two letters follows by some numbers. when you get your AOR you can use the client number that has written in the letter.

I think in the file , there is a place that has written: local office:.... this doesn't mean that the file has been transfer. this means this file should transfer to ..... and some agents that hasn't been trained properly, can not recognize this and they think your file is been transferred.

I called cic and agent said the same thing: you file is still in Sydney and its normal. you may have to wait until 12 months.12 months? in Ontario? that's not so true!

about 300 people has read this topic and no body has written even one comment about this issue. It means nobody has any clue whatsoever about it and I think this is going to be a concern.

today I called CIC and she said my file is still in Sydney.Nothing has changed. :(

I read in this forum somebody called cic for getting information or any update and they told him his file is still in sydney and the week after that he got his test letter!

It happened to me too. I got my AOR two months after they started processing my file. as long as you can see your e-case , its ok .

hi when you ordered your ATIP they should be sending you a massage in your e-mail. in that massage there is an email address that you can contact them.

What I meant was did those hand writing give you extra information?
