Thank you for the info. But it looks complicated. What if I send them a CSE enquiry again? By the way, since I'm self-employed and the name of my business has changed recently. Do I have to update CIC?

Just checked CIC status and still didn't find any updates. I haven't called CIC yet. I got confused too!

Yup I said one page was missing to be scanned into it. Then I uploaded the missing page into the CSE. But the page actually didn't matter too much cuz the whole documents have been translated to English in full and notarised. It is being sad to get the reply telling me my profile is ineligible.
