may be those rejected cases were not eligible for processing?? but in our case ( 6-12 month wait letter) we are atleast eligible for furthur processing i am just trying to be optimistic about this canada thing

i received this 6-12 month letter, and it says application reviewd by an officer and found eligible for procesing. what does it mean? means they have already reviwed and vertifed our documents (academic and employer)?? or the eligibility is just based on the point system? any thoughts guys??
