i sent my application for FSW on 26th of june to reach CIC on 3rd of July... now after the new changes of putting FSW application on hold, what will be the case with mine :'( will they return it to me?

under which capacity you have applied? i guess CIC has never shorlist any NOC for 2012 yet.
you are good if you have an arrranged employment in canada, or you are a PhD
applied for NOC 1122... i wanted my application to reach in the first week of july since the cap was reached very quickly last year,,,my courier couldnt stop the shipment delivery :'(
