yes get them attested and send them to WES :) Attestation of marksheet isnt required. just send a copy of it :) make sure you get photocopy of certificates attested. attestation of stamp shall be original.

brother i totally agree with you. But as per SBP rules an individual can only hold accounts in USD, GBP, JPN YEN They are not allowed to open CAD$ accounts to individuals that is why we have to go to money exchanger. In how many days did Pak Qatar made you the DD?
