Well CIC does not handle OINP pre-screening applications. I hope your company sent the application to OINP not CIC.... My company applied on January 6th 2016 and got the AOR on the 14th of January 2016; We have not heard anything yet.

Keep in mind that I did this in Canada. In Canada everything medical is much slower since it's not privately owned and the government runs it all.

Do you need the points gained from that additional year of experience to meet the CRS requirement for that draw? If yes then wait until past Feb 24th to submit your application. If not then apply right away.
