Also create profile now with whatever score you have. Because later if your score becomes the cut off for FSW draw, then the profile creation date is used as tie breaker. Earlier you create better it is.

You can upload as much document as required. One file for each document means, if you are uploading passport the all pages should be in one file. Same for reference letter, etc. One file for each document.
