Then probably you'll have to wait for few more days. Or you can also try following up on mail. If you have made the payment via credit card, then just to be sure, check your balance again. Because in my friend's case they recredited the amount.

They will refund! It normally takes them 3-4 weeks to refund the money. However, you may drop an email to the WES support ( thats what my friend did) saying that you don't need an additional copy sent to CIC. It might expedite the process. Worth a shot

Problem solved!!! He got a refund of 7$ first. And then after 2 days he got a refund of another 33$. So overall refund of 40$. So anyone facing the same issue, don't worry, the refund takes a few days!!
