ralph.goodale@parl.gc.ca He is the Minister of public safety. I really do not know why people keep sending him emails, because the only thing he does is call CIC and gets the same status update that you could get yourself if you call CIC. So nothing new will be added. Also, people on whatsapp...

I never had a ghost update, but the people who have had one has written about it on this forum. Apparently when you log into your MyCIC, it will say something is updated. But when you search for the update, you cannot find any. Hence a ghost update. And of what I understand, whenever this...

At first I thought they only do SS for certain nationalities like for instance Pakistani applicants. Hey guys, Don't know if you all remember my question about 2 weeks ago. It was about my employment letters, they only state that I am a fulltime employee and not how many hours a week I work. I had initially with my application explained in the LOE that fulltime/100% is only and only 40 h/week...

Your doctor probably sent cic your medical resultat after about a week. From what I have read on this forum it can takes days to weeks until your account is updated to medicals passed. Even if an officer at cic has reviewed and approved it. So just sit tight and wait.

I read about this one guy on this forum who had a very big list of destinations abroad he had travelled to and he got his PPR in about 3 months time. So I don't think the travel history should be a problem.
