Hey Guys, I have a question regarding PR process! Can i recieve the MR before the new line is added in my ecas as “We have started processing your application on mm-dd-yyyy” ? Did any one receive MR before receiving that line? Or that line has to be there before the MR? Thanksss

if it is effecting applicants in canada, How come some people getting their MR or other stuff?

ya thanks:) just one more question, not only canadian embassies are impacted! also the applications process in canada are impacted too, is that true? in other word, do people apply in canada are impacted as well or only the people apply out side canada are impacted?
