Don't worry, a lot of people were asked for CV, I suppose they are going to do Security Check in your case. There are three different checks. Eligibility, Criminality, and Security. Mostly, when you pass Eligibility (or Criminality), you will get PAL. Security Check is the last one. Good luck!!

One of my friend didn't submit biometrics just got PPR last week. He is Feb AR as you.

Are you inland or outland? If you are an inland applicant and provided fingerprint to IRCC already, you might not to be asking for biometrics.

My AOR is on July 26 I actually got PAL on Dec 24, but there is a pal email today. I am not sure it's different one or it's just delay. AR: July 5, 2019 AOR: July 26, 2019 PAL: Dec 24, 2019 MR: Waiting

But I don't even get MR yet!? LOL
