I believe you will get response “because of Covid-19.... balabala...” if you ask anything to IRCC now. Just wondering, why you have 100% time bar, does it suppose to be Oct if you applied in April 2019. I have same timeline and still waiting as you.

there is one more month on mine too, it was 18 months on time bar this morning but change to 19 month just now.
