This happened to me as well. I sent it to them and called them as well. It didn't cause any issue for me because I got nomination a month later.

Hi seniors, I was just wondering if anyone has faced a situation where he got a provincial nomination (paper based) and ITA via express entry. Documents have not been submitted at this time. What would normally be the process to drop one (obviously the paper based one) since it has a longer...

Just make sure you don't include your express entry number when the application asks for it (Say you dont have one), and you will be directed to the right application for OID. I almost missed this opening because of that.
