Hi...Do you have the Canadian experience of at least one year from the last 3 years? If so, you are eligible. But I am not sure what is your NOC code and does you fall under any NOC B or so. So, please give us more details. If you do not have any Canadian experience please follow the FSWP threads.

As long as your documents were received at CIO-Sydney by December 31, 2014 you're all good without any hold on processing your applications. They will still process these applications received on December 31, 2014. Not sure if that date is a working day either for CIC. I would suggest always to...
