Can you please provide more info like everyone does?

We have a friend @Acrylicus who called the CIC and just confirmed that the CAP was NOT reached and they advised to fill out a bug report about the same after the CIC agent confirmed with his supervisors. I great News and now we can relax at least.

Relax buds...For all your information..the applicants getting charged their CCs for those received on September 19, 2014. Soon it's your turn for October batch. I am guessing the process will be more faster from December onwards as I do not see many applicants from November's spreadsheet and...

Update with all the other details if you want us to add to our November spreadsheet!!

That's not a good news to hear that your file was returned after 45 days. But can you help us understand what is the small reason for it's return?

I suggest you to consult an attorney.

I would suggest wait until Jan 12, 2015 and get ready with all the documents required to submit a paper application for BOWP. If you can't get the AOR by that date then submit the paper application and make sure you have enough processing time for the paper work permit applications to buy you...

If you're referring to CEC then you're still eligible to apply before express entry launches there is no cap in CEC for 2173. For FSW please follow the FSW eligibility threads.
