Buddy why u gettin confused , in reality there is no diff between a transcript nd marks card , in west they don't use the term marks card ! In India transcripts r sumthin which u request a uni nd they will give that in sealed envelopes !! U can use whatever u have which shows ur marks semester...

Notarized copies r not mandatory but if u submit it's gud !! And yes if u want to notarize it won't be normal stamp which we use, ask the guy that this is for visa and he will use 4-5 stamps !!! They sit at Nehru place :)

peep my only worry is i spoke to many consultants and everybody is like Loan to karana padega as they (VO) objected and said loan less than 80 %, but that was coz my file was under SPP, now im gonna apply in general so if ive enough funds why consultants r behind loan !!! by the way u suggested...
