    there is no formal template to it. You just have to state in your letter that you are not in canada and that you are requesting to have your visa printed and passport stamped in (name of your visa office). Also you have to indicate your application number or UCI, full name and birthday. Hope...

    It was a long wait actually. I sent an email request May 14, and I sent 3 reminders and got a reply on June 11. Hopefully yours will not take long.

    that is so frustrating! That is what i was thinking too,it wouldnt take that long since the visa is just for printing and they just have to stamp your passport. Can't wait for all of this to be over,really!
