Is there any case that the applicant moves up to our stage then gets decline?

I hope I will get it this November though. Maybe the delay is due to the immigrant intake period..

Thanks for replying. It's a great ease to know someone in the same shoes as me 8) My visa has expired in June and there was no way for me to renew my visa then >:( so I am in my home country waiting... I wonder if that will effect the result ???

No immediate effect in a year time. There will be an increase in the next few years so perhaps longer waiting time and more competition
