Congrats. Your ECAS changes to IP after 3 business day. btw where did u get RPRF request email ( Sydney or Ottawa).

DID you get RPRF request? if yes, from which office ( Sydney or Ottawa) and when?

The file of those Ontario PNP who got affected by QA ( July and AUG applicants only) are processed by CIO sydney, not Ottawa. OPNP from May/June and ' normal' AUG applicant's file are being processed by Ottawa, so it is taking long time. Although Ottawa does the very final stage of processing...

did u pay RPRF upfront or u were asked to pay by CIC?

I dont know exact reason, but could be some administrative lagging. Your PR is approved, so be calm and you will get the email sometime early this week. Congrats again

Based on my understanding, DM is first, followed by PPR in email. I would suggest you to call CIC call center agent about the decision ( approval or rejection).

Congrats...yes, it is normal, you will get PPR email shortly ( within couple of days). Which day you application changed into IP?

Gauley lai Namaskaar chha hai :) .I got IP from May 4, No DM yet. I am.hoping to get DM lare this month to early next month..You will get DM soon, prolly next week.

My application turned to IP. I am Aug 8 applicant, RPRF paid on May 4. By the end of this month, Aug applicants might get DM and Sept applicants might get RPRF. finger crossed :)
