Do you know how long will they take to stamp in delhi office? I mean after you send your passport to them.

Thanks a lot for your response. My friend also quoted this cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=037&t=4 This says i need to submit PCC for Canada, if i am applying from outside of Canada.
