you have to get another COPR.... you are sending a photocopy but during interview you have to show originals. I am from Philippines too, i chose to take the Celpip LS Test for Language proof just to have a smooth application even tho I do have the Diploma and Trascript.

sorry gap i meant unemployment for a long time. 6 months seems a long time. its prob a contributing factor too

are you sure its just because of stamps? how about personal circumstances like did you have gaps with you personal history or did you spend a lot of time outside canada?
