Checked all SPAM folders and can see nothing from CIC in there. However, SPAM folders only contain last two weeks of emails. What would I need to link my account as I've not got an application number, UCI or anything yet.

You validate these, print them off and place the bar codes page(s) before the first page. Sign where needed. Both Sponsor and Applicant need to sign 1344 (I had to as I'm outland and living with Applicant) and Applicant signs 0008

These forms need to be downloaded. So right-click and download. I believe these contain macros in them that generate the barcodes and perform validation which probably confuse the browser add-ins that display PDF.
