I got almost 383 points, if i have the IELTS all CLB 9 or above, I will be heading toward 441 points of EE, so the question is, if someone retake the IELTS, can we edit on our EE profile if we got higher scores ? any thoughts ?

You must apply at EE AFAIK, you will not be able to catch FSWP unless your files reach CIC before launch of EE in Jan-2015 which is technically hard to do.

ECA is required under EE too as I read, you will need to do it at WES Canada, its the most efficient and put one month for getting it done almost
