Experience letter will be required at later stage after you get the ITA.

for CLB level you can check the website wwwdotieltsessentialsdotcom/clb/index.html#. for your refernce here are your clb benchmarks
listening 8 clb 9
reading 7 clb 9
writing 6.5 clb 8
speaking 6.5 clb 8

after you create your EE profile you have to make an account with job bank within 30 days. only after that your application will go to pool.

May I ask a question, What if I already have an account in Job Bank? What should I do? I must register one more time?
even i have a doubt in that regard. i myself have created job seeker account myself. as per the media conference after creating express entry profile you will have 30 days to create job bank account and they go on to say that creating job bank acccount means entering certain details as part of EE. so in my opinion that means for people like me and you who already have a job bank account they need to enter and update their profile. also it wouldn't hurt if we create a fresh job account profile as well for the purposes of EE.
