Medical status changed to Passed in MyCIC. Eligibility still in Progress Background check is still in Progress

hi @legalfalcon I have received my GCMS notes this week. While reading through it I found some sections on some pages were missing. and I found s.26 and s.22(1) (b) marking in top right corner of those page. I have ordered notes under Privacy Act. can you please help decode this markings...

Mine is like "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam." Status is "Your action required" since June like @APPNOV2014NY.

I think aref is only talking about landing process here. He will get Visa after DM, after which he can leave canada to go to his home country (without doing landing process at CIC office or through polling). and when he returns to canada he will do landing process at airport. I might be wrong...

yes correct.....last time I requested one month after AOR (silly me no info in report), I got it exactly on 30th day and that time there was same instruction on website saying high volume of request.

It takes around month from date you apply if you requested email copy of your results.

Correct...I mentioned "If" because we all know immigration process has been refined and re evaluated to do faster and efficient processing now a days....I still hope they employ better immigration officer :P;)
