I am planning to do online payment. It seems easy to do and you probably remove the tiny bit chance of rejected cheque/draft or something after you submit your application. I have seen people doing payment using form too. At last its your choice. whatever more convenient to you, do that.

If seal is in language other than English or French than it needs to be translated.

I don't think so as I am quebec graduate too..I think its just immigration officer and sent document format.

Documents delivered on 16th August. Called them yesterday but no answer regarding status.
