Hi guys, I have applied for PR and BOWP at the end of March 2017 but no updates so far on the BOWP application. I'm under implied status since my Open WP has expired. Can I switch jobs?

It sounds an almost similar case to mine. I would wait until you complete your 12-month of Canadian experience to apply. But in the meantime, I would gather all the documents you will need (ie. medicals, IELTS, and mainly WES that can take quite some time).

I believe this info in incorrect, because I did my medical exam upfront for the PR application. It was accepted normally and it already shows as passed.

None of that information were available on the comment. The person just mentioned a change in the status (like mine). So it's wrong to assume that after 2-3 days they would receive the PPR.
