we called cic today. They said our pr cArd is still in process. But the pr card applicationis not showing on the Ecas. My husband landed on September 3, 2014. Anyone in the same boat as we are?

My hus ands Ecas doesn't show that. It just says complete under pr application status .. Did anyone get their pr card and nothing was shown on their Ecas?!

Same! But my husband landed on sept 3. Nothing on the online service page. Just that permanent application status complete that's it. No pr card status. Cic said stop calling. Rude. Now we don't know what to do. It's been a long time .. When will it show online for the pr card?

i have a friend that says that the cic goes back to check the status of criminal record from back home before sending out the PR card. Is that true?
