Clearly states this ONLY effects people that applied on Oct 25, 2012 and onwards. Any applications there were received Oct 24, 2012 and before, do not need to worry about this condition. Therefore it's not all 2012 applicants. That said, if you are genuine case, there is nothing to worry about...

The reality is even after 32 months, no one will be able to do anything. That's the bitter truth. There are cases from 2011 who haven't heard anything yet and no one is able to answer to them.

Looks positive and ppr should be on its way soon. Did your hubby stay in Canada for more than 6 months? Not sure why they would ask for finger prints otherwise.
