Since you need to mention a date, I believe that the best thing to do is to put your application date (Or else you might need to add some explanation)

you start with the main country you went to.Then, on the reason for travel part of the residency calculator, you include any other country and dates where you have been to. And give reason for those travels as well.(I believe it is explained on the residency calculator). That's what I did anyway.

I believe Bill C-24 has also a "physical presence requirement" and not a "residency requirement", ( but I might be mistaken).

Thanks Dpnabill , I think that as long as there is subjectivity as to the the interpretation of the intend to reside clause there are chances my application become non-routine and that it might incurs unnecessary delays ( due to a possible full RQ). I do not really trust perception of any IRCC...

I have a temporary job offer abroad (3months) and I will have to travel right after applying for citizenship.I don't know if I can do that with the intent to reside clause. Will it jeopardize my application? Any advice? Thanks

Agreed. A total lack of consideration. My wife's been working for 5 consecutive years, pays taxes, been out only twice from the country. All support documentation was clear. So why the cit 0520? completely unfair. And when you call them they tell you to wait another 36 month!! go figure..

Any idea about the time frames for processing cit 0520 forms in Montreal? My wife got one in December (for no logical reason by the way) and still no Ecas update. Kind of frustrating being kept in the dark, and rude cic officer over the phone that cannot (or dont want ) to provide any...

Hi guys I was wondering if under the new law (4/6), and since it is a one step process, the RQ can still be issued? And can it be submitted to a judge or processed by the CIC officer? Any idea? thanks

My guess is that they try to pass it before summer break, otherwise why this sudden rush with all senate and committee sittings taking place almost simultaneously and only days appart ?
