2 years for my WP and i applied from UAE (took 4 months to get the WP) how long does it normally take for MR request on my case, do u know?

Im already here in Canada on WP.. My application is PNP paper based (not express entry) 18-19 months processing... with that am i suppose to get MR in 6 months?
