Hi mail2bista, Which country PCC are you trying to obtain ? Depending on that you may or may not have to even include this Request form. You should submit only the original PCC's to CIC. Not required to submit this form. It is just a request form. All the Best !

I am in Ontario and I got it in June.

I was able to obtain a driver's licence with just few 4 months left on my visitor visa. They didn't seem to ask for visa particularly. They looked at my passport for ID verification. And I was also able to exchange my US licence.

Just what I observed. There is more chance of TRV refusal if the person providing the invitation letter is a PR. Many of my friends were able to bring their wives to canada when they were holding a work permit.

May I know which checklist you are referring to ? Its very important all of us share the right information here. it causes undue tension for those who get misguided. it is surely a waste of money and precious time to do things which are not really required.

I think we do not need to notarize the photocopies. This is what INDIA_3904 guide says If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals. Please correct me if I am wrong.
