Sent application to Sydney CIO on July 12, 2014, received by Sydney CIO on July 17, 2014. Applied under the OPNP. My question is... Once the application is received by CIO, do you get some sort of file number before getting the AOR/Meds request, or is the AOR the moment they give you the file...
