If you're a FSW 2014 then 67 points is all you need, I don;t believe people with more points are given preference at all as long as you meet the minimum cut and criteria but for express entry with 67 points one would have a feeble chance and others with more points will definitely be given more...

I don't think its worth call the CIC call centre, they'd have the same update as you...sending mail to local VO might help (just my opinion)

thats ana awesome question... if I was at your place I would have accepted that offer as you never knw even after a PR you'd get your kidda job easily or not....besides if the jpb is for O A B NOC and you have atleast 1 year experience just bag it asap cuz you can apply via express entry anyways...

2 keeping in mind the speed of current years processing it might take anywhere from 8-12 months to get PR... once approved you need to make your landing in CAD within one year.....
