I am not sure about this 'rumor' of S15 indicating completed SS. My husband is currently under SS and we got this information from our MP's office. His note has S15 on several pages which is not in agreement. anyone has any thoughts/experience?

Are you an EE applicant? that might be it. I heard that ECAS is only accessible for those with Paper applications. I am an EE and can't get it to work for me either.

Did you ever try to contact you MP's office? Honestly, the office can't push your application to go fast. BUT, they can make a call on behalf of you and find out details on why your applications is getting delayed. I know this won't solve your problem but at least you will have a piece of mind...
