If your work experience is 3.3 years. you do not fall in the 4-5 yrs category at all

5 months, 17 days, and no rejection so far. Hoping for PPR :) March 24th, 25th and 31st AOR's reported PPR today, so perhaps its not far.

I thought it's normal for review of eligibility to stay in progress through out? Has anyone had it marked complete before PPR?

I put an LOE for each upload separately. And then in the main LOE upload, i made a list of the issues and referenced each LOE, so it kind of made an index for all issues they might need to address. The references were very clearly linked.
